This area is for Drawing and Talking Members.
If you are having problems logging into the site here are some things to do.
Long Term Members
On 14 June 2022, we moved your subscription to our new membership site.
My last login was before the move
If you have not logged into our Membership area since then, you likely have not completed the new registration process.
Step 1: Search your emails for an email from us (support@drawingandtalking.com) in June 2022 with the subject line "Membership Setup Information - Important"
Step 2: Click the link to "Setup Your Account" and then create a password you will remember.
My last login was after the move
If you have successfully logged into the new site since the migration, then return to the login screen and try the following:
Step 1: Attempt logging in with your organisations email or alternate email address that you may have likely given us in the past. Sometimes these create separate records of you.
Step 2: From the Login page, click "Forgot Your Password." Look for the password reset email from support@drawingandtalking.com (check your junk folder as well).
Still Having Login Problems
Please contact us through our Contact Us form letting us know the issue you are having and what you've done. Our support team will get back to you to help sort it.
New Members
Have you recently taken a Drawing and Talking course that included Membership or have you recently subscribed to access Drawing and Talking Membership?
I haven't logged in yet
